Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and commercially driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to actively drive sales, develop new business opportunities, grow the customer base, and expand market share within the animal feed industry. The successful candidate will lead by in acquiring and managing customers, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and coordinating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire customers, and grow sales to achieve and set targets.
- Develop new markets, expand distribution channels, and increase market penetration and the Company’s market share.
- Engage customers, conduct sales visits, negotiate and build strong relationships to drive customer retention.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, promotional activities, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Supervise the sales and marketing team, providing guidance to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product positioning, customer experience, and overall sales performance.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing with Supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- An understanding of the animal feed market is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
