1. About the service

Kazi Connect is a job-search and career-assistance platform for Kenya. We organize public job postings, original source links, AI summaries, email job alerts, and candidate tools for CV uploads, role-fit checks, CV refinement, cover letters and employer messages.

Unless clearly stated, Kazi Connect is not the employer, recruiting agency, payment intermediary or official vacancy source. The original source remains the authority for requirements, deadlines, salary, location, contacts and application instructions.

2. Acceptance and account use

By accessing or using Kazi Connect, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy for the country site you are visiting.

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, protecting your password, and using your account only for lawful job-search, hiring, alert-management or career-assistance purposes.

3. Job listings, external sources and verification

Listings may come from job boards, employer career pages, public bodies, companies, organizations, moderated communities and other public or authorized sources.

Extraction errors, duplicate listings, expired posts, incomplete information or source changes can occur after indexing. Always confirm the role, employer, salary, deadline, location and application steps at the original source before applying or sending documents.

4. AI tools and generated content

AI summaries, tags, role-fit assessments, CV refinements, cover letters and employer messages are informational assistance and application drafts. They do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, employment, legal suitability or complete accuracy.

You must review and edit any AI-generated material before using it. Do not use the tools to create false, misleading, discriminatory, offensive or rights-infringing content.

5. Candidate safety

Never pay to apply, interview, receive mandatory training, process documents, travel to an interview or be shortlisted.

Be careful with requests for passwords, full bank details, sensitive identity documents, deposits, mobile-money transfers, guaranteed employment claims or contacts that hide the employer identity.

6. Employer, partner and community submissions

Employers, partners and communities that submit job information must ensure each posting is real, legal, current, non-discriminatory and contains enough information about the role, location, requirements, contact route and application process.

We may refuse, edit, hide, suspend or remove listings or accounts that appear fake, duplicated, expired, misleading, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, offensive or unrelated to real work opportunities.

7. Prohibited activity

• Bulk copying, scraping, harvesting, republication or resale of site data without written permission.
• Spam, fraud, phishing, social engineering, technical abuse, bypassing limits, probing vulnerabilities or interfering with service operation.
• Posting illegal, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, offensive, malicious or rights-infringing content.

8. User content and intellectual property

The software, design, brand, editorial organization, original text and service features belong to the site operator or its licensors. Third-party job-source rights remain with their respective owners.

When you upload a CV, create an alert, generate application materials or submit a listing, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display and use that content only to provide, protect, improve and administer the requested service.

9. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted, changed, limited or discontinued at any time because of maintenance, security, cost, legal changes, abuse, provider availability or operational decisions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version published on this page applies when you use the service after the update.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of employment, interview, salary, listing validity, continuous availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses caused by external sources, employer decisions, delays, technical failures, third-party misuse or reliance on AI-generated content without review.
