Our client, a resort in Ruiru, seeks an experienced
Supervisor
to coordinate daily operations, supervise staff and ensure excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations and service delivery.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
- Ensure prompt, courteous and professional guest service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
- Coordinate kitchen, service, housekeeping and other teams.
- Monitor stock usage and report shortages, losses and maintenance needs.
- Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
At least
3 years’ hospitality experience
, including staff supervision.
Events management experience
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest relations.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
