Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members and implement strategies to retain existing members.
- Mobilise savings and deposits to support the SACCO’s growth.
- Generate quality loan business and identify potential customers.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales and marketing performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective customers.
- Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or SACCO operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
