We seek a hands-on, results-driven Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, deliver excellent guest experiences and grow hotel revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Oversee accommodation, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and events operations.
- • Grow occupancy, sales and repeat business through active marketing and client relationships.
- • Manage budgets, purchasing, stock controls, costs and operational reporting.
- • Lead and coach staff; maintain high service, cleanliness and safety standards.
- • Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
- • At least 5 years of hotel experience, including 2 years in a management role.
- • Strong leadership, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- • Proven ability to increase revenue, control costs and manage hotel teams.
- • Competence in hotel systems, reservations, reporting and Microsoft Office.
