Key Responsibilities
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- i. Routine/preventive maintenance of building
- electrical systems
- ii. Repair and replacement of electrical components
- iii. Attend to electrical faults and maintenance requests
- iv. Ensure electrical works are carried out safely and
- efficiently
- v. Utility Monitoring & Reporting
- ·
- Track electricity and water usage (if required)

- Assist in meter readings where applicable

- Report unusual consumption or system faults
- vi. Emergency Response

Requirements
