Reports To: General Monitoring Officer
Key Responsibilities
- • Train, supervise, and motivate field officers to achieve daily targets
- • Ensure all team members understand and follow company policies and procedures
- • Review and share client loan applications (dockets) with relevant teams
- • Assess loan applications, especially those above 3M
- • Drive continuous marketing and client acquisition within your cluster
- • Monitor loan repayments and ensure clients repay within agreed timelines
- • Track and report team performance on assessments and collections
- • Ensure full compliance with company directives across the team
- • Oversee loan disbursement processes on scheduled days
- • Report any issues or challenges to management promptly
- • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services
- • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
- Qualifications and Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Proven experience in team leadership or field operations (preferably in financial services)
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage, motivate, and monitor team performance
- • Good analytical and decision-making skills
- • High level of integrity and professionalism
