Job Summary
Support in-process quality control activities within the manufacturing environment by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Assist in maintaining product quality, process consistency and regulatory compliance throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and testing during manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production processes to identify deviations, non-conformities and quality concerns.
- Support implementation of quality control procedures and quality assurance standards.
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress products and finished products as required.
- Record inspection findings, quality test results and process observations accurately.
- Collaborate with Production and other departments to maintain process control and product quality.
- Report quality deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, safety requirements and good manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or a related scientific field.
Experience
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in FMCG manufacturing.
Experience in quality control, in-process quality assurance or related quality functions is preferred.
