Job descriptions & requirements
Clear technical communication
Precision arithmetic for measuring concentrated trace elements
Comfortable working shifts in a fast-paced industrial park

Batch plant operation:
Program, monitor and
operate PLC-controlled mixing machinery and automated weighing scales to exact
formulations.

Maintenance:
Daily pre-start inspections,
weighbridge calibration, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on
conveyors, mixers and bagging systems.

Quality and traceability:
Oversee
micro-ingredient batching, run physical and sieve tests, and prevent
cross-contamination in line with WHO cGMP guidelines.
•
Records and inventory:
Keep electronic
production logs, record ingredient tonnages and manage stock through company
software.
•
Safety and compliance:
Enforce safety,
environmental and occupational health protocols; maintain cleanroom standards
(ISO 14644-1 frameworks).
•
Process optimisation:
Improve blending flow,
reduce dust and waste, and recommend upgrades to raise plant throughput.
