Job Summary

Support weighbridge operations, invoicing and dispatch documentation by ensuring accurate recording of vehicle weights, preparation of invoices and maintenance of operational records.

Ensure compliance with dispatch procedures, documentation standards and inventory control processes while supporting efficient coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the weighbridge and accurately record gross, tare and net vehicle weights.
Verify vehicle details, delivery notes, dispatch documentation and related records.
Prepare accurate customer invoices based on approved quantities, rates and pricing structures.
Ensure dispatched goods correspond with weighbridge records and approved customer orders.
Maintain accurate records of weighbridge tickets, invoices, delivery notes and dispatch documentation.
Prepare daily weighbridge, invoicing and dispatch reports.
Coordinate activities with Production, Stores, Security and Finance departments.
Identify and report weight discrepancies, invoicing errors and unauthorized dispatches.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, controls and documentation requirements.
Support record-keeping and audit processes by maintaining organized operational files.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
Basic computer proficiency and numerical skills.
Experience in invoicing or weighbridge operations will be an added advantage.
High level of integrity, attention to detail and strong
communication skills.
