Responsibilities
● Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner ● Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly ● Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times ● Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas ● Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally ● Support supervision of junior service staff when required ● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Qualifications &
