Overseethecorrectdispensingofpharmaceuticalcommoditiesatthedispensing pharmacy units. Receiving complaints and reporting adverse drug reaction and receiving and reporting poor quality medicine and other HPTs. Ensurethereisadequatehealthsuppliesanddrugsinthedispensingpharmacystores, and that dispensing pharmacy is well managed with no pilferages. Ensureallstandardoperatingprocedureswithinthesupplychainarewellimplemented and adhered to. Monitorprescribingtrendsbyanalyzingprescriptionsandalertingthepharmacist of any anomalies or cases of irrational prescribing practices. Ensurecoldchainmaintenanceandmonitoringisdoneregularlytoensuretemperature sensitive drugs are correctly monitored while under storage. PrepareallinventorymanagementreportsincludingMOHmonthlyreportsforMalaria, TB, and HIV by 5th of every month. Monitorandmaintainthetracerdruglistofcommoditiesandreporttheiravailabilityto clinical team biweekly. Attenddepartmentalmeetingsasmayberequiredfromtimeto time.
