  • . You will be trusted to take raw footage and creative direction and transform it into polished, engaging and professional video content.
  • We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We are looking for someone

  • The Role You will be responsible for taking projects from raw footage through to final delivery, ensuring every piece of content meets a high creative and technical standard.
  • You will:
  • Edit professional video content for different projects, platforms and audiences.

  • hape raw footage into compelling stories with strong pacing and visual flow.
  • Make independent creative decisions around sequencing, transitions, music and storytelling.
  • Perform colour correction and grading to achieve a polished cinematic finish.
  • Clean, mix and enhance audio where required.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, titles, captions and other visual elements.
  • Select appropriate music and sound effects to enhance the story. Interpret creative briefs and execute them with minimal supervision.
  • Review your own work critically before submission and ensure it is production-ready.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines consistently. Maintain an organised and efficient post-production workflow.
