Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant.
- Operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, industrial air conditioning units, chillers, Compressors, Pumps, Motors and related utility equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor the performance of utility systems and ensure optimum operational efficiency.
- Carry out routine inspections, servicing, calibration and equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and improvement projects.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
