- Looking for a strategic leader to act as the entrepreneurial architect of their territory, leading a team to scale retail impact and drive revenue through data-driven execution in a rapidly growing, mission-led organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with your manager to maximize business results in your territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team in your assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment and impact goals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotions and campaigns to drive sales
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned area
