  • Initiate designated clients calls for a first-hand understanding of their foreign exchange requirement patterns and plans.
  • Execute foreign exchange deals with designated clients, as mandated by the bank.
  • Ensure prompt generation and release of deal tickets to the respective stakeholders.
  • Track foreign exchange transactions volumes and income to evaluate and monitor foreign exchange business performance progress.
  • Coordinate visits to designated clients and circulate the call-visits reports for action by relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess real-time both deal specific and cumulative foreign exchange exposure build up to ensure strict compliance with the internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and circulate foreign exchange rates for use by the bank branch staff while ensuring strict compliance with thebank’s mark-up policy.
  • Ensure all known transactions are posted onto the blotter for ease of reconciliation with iMAL.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Kenya FX Code and all other relevant internal policy guidelines.
