Responsibilities
- Lead daily transport planning, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Optimize fleet allocation, routing, and transporter utilization.
- Manage transporter performance, vendor relationships, and rate negotiations.
- Oversee customs and transit documentation (including T1, Exit Notes, and related documentation).
- Coordinate with Customs, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless cargo movement.
- Monitor transport costs, KPIs, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the transport team to achieve operational excellence.
