Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, train, schedule, coach, and support test center staff.
- Maintain a secure testing environment and protect confidential candidate and exam information.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve candidate questions or concerns.
- Oversee daily center operations, including test preparation, records, supplies, audits, payroll/timecard review, and facility upkeep.
- Communicate operational issues and updates with management, staff, vendors, and building contacts.
- Coordinate with technical support and assist with basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ensure the center follows Pearson VUE policies, procedures, quality standards, and security best practices.
