Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, market research, digital platforms, and customer visits.
- Conduct regular physical customer visits and sales calls.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer formulation and production needs and recommend suitable raw material solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical and application support.
- Coordinate samples, product trials, quotations, and follow-ups through to successful conversion.
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and new product introductions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain the sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and other teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
