- m) Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards within the production area.

Responsibilities
- a) Prepare and submit daily production reports covering manpower utilization, milk production volumes, raw materials consumption, and machine performance.
- b) Ensure adequate availability of raw materials and packaging materials required for uninterrupted production.
- c) Monitor and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by UHT operators and other production staff.
- d) Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
- e) Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules in coordination with Engineering.
- f) Conduct machine adjustments and modifications where necessary to improve efficiency and accommodate varying production requirements.
- g) Raise timely requisitions for machine spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- h) Supervise packaging operations and contracted staff to minimize product losses and damages.
- i) Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality
