- These roles will manage high‑value donor partnerships, lead coordination and monitoring of grant‑funded activities, and report to leaders within the Global Business Development team.
- They will also interact closely across programming, building deep fluency with our smallholder agriculture approach: equipping farmers with high‑quality products and services to increase harvests, profits, climate resilience, and livelihoods.
- Specific roles will emphasize thematic priorities including conservation agriculture, engaging women and youth farmers, and smallholder insurance.
Responsibilities
- Drive Thematic Partnerships
- Partner with program teams to set goals, design and run project activities, anticipate challenges, and keep plans moving forward.
- Collaborate with program staff to solve challenges, bringing insights to leadership and donors.
- Spend time in the field with farmers and staff to ensure partnerships remain tailored to farmer needs.
- Own and Support Donor Relationships
- Act as main point of contact for funder communications, bridging donors and field teams.
- Deliver clear, high‑quality narrative and financial updates to demonstrate impact.
- Manage grant administration including data tracking, invoices, and operations.
- Career Growth and Development
- Weekly check‑ins with manager, mentorship, and training
- programs.
- Regular feedback and career reviews every six months.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Public Policy, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5–10 years’
Experience
- in international development, strategic partnerships, grant management, consulting, or project management.
- in public‑facing roles and managing external stakeholders preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with initiative and proactivity.
- Proven negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfort with data and Google Sheets preferred.
- Fluency in English required.
