As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store. You’ll lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure the store reflects the high standards of the Apple brand.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop your store team to perform at their best.
- Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds unit, financial, and developmental targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple products and solutions to create a store synonymous with everything Mac in the eyes of your customers.
- Manage all in-store operations, including staffing, stock, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and head office teams.
- Analyse and report on store performance, trends, and customer insights.
- Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation.
- Drive operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Education
