About the Role

Elimutab EdTech Africa is looking for a results-driven STEM Sales Coordinator to drive student enrolment into our Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) programmes. This is a consultative sales role that involves engaging with parents, conducting programme demonstrations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into enrolled students.

This position is ideal for a confident salesperson who enjoys building relationships, communicating value, and achieving sales targets. It is

not

a retail sales, cashier, merchandising, or field marketing role.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Generate student enrolments through proactive follow-up of leads.
  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective parents and students.
  • Book and conduct in-person and virtual STEM programme demonstrations.
  • Explain our Coding, AI, and IoT programmes confidently to parents and students.
  • Guide prospective families through the enrolment process.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
  • Meet monthly enrolment and activity targets.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Work closely with the STEM Academy team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
