Role purpose
Within the Transformation Delivery Department, our team of Business Analysts is assigned to projects based on organizational needs. These projects may or may not involve an IT component, and the specific functions supported will vary by project.
Our Business Analysts are responsible for analyzing the relevant business areas or functions and documenting business requirements, processes, existing systems, data, integration needs, and more. They support the development of the current and future state analysis, bridging the gap between projects, business functions, and IT where applicable.
In addition to project delivery, Business Analysts are expected to contribute to the development and enhancement of our BA methodology, continuously improving our processes and tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven
as a Business Analyst working on complex transformation projects or programmes.
Principal Accountabilities
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, translate, and document people (e.g. capacity building), process, procedure, and platform (i.e. technology systems)
and Skills
Essential
in discovering and documenting business
in modelling business processes and translating them into system
in analysing data, drawing actionable insights, and problem-solving using various analytical techniques
with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks including adapting methodologies to meet the needs of a prior organisation
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including Solution Architecture and Test Engineering, to drive alignment, integration, and shared outcomes, while building strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and partners.
Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and constraints, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Proven
in facilitating productive workshops, preferably in multi-cultural contexts
Proficient in conflict resolution techniques to address and mediate stakeholder disagreements and ensure project continuity
Ability to effectively prioritise work and agree priorities with the relevant leaders
Cultural awareness and

Desirable
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
