Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic
- ultrasound and X-ray examinations accurately and efficiently, ensuring
- consistently high-quality imaging results.
- Conduct advanced
- ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to elastography, 3D/4D
- obstetric scans, and other specialized imaging as required.
- Provide
- patient-centred care by explaining procedures clearly, addressing patient
- concerns, and offering compassionate guidance throughout the diagnostic
- process.
- Maintain accurate,
- timely, and confidential documentation of imaging procedures and patient
- records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
- Collaborate
- effectively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure
- seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Ensure proper
- operation, maintenance, calibration, and safe use of ultrasound equipment;
- promptly report faults or safety concerns.
- Uphold infection
- prevention and control, hygiene, and radiation safety standards within the
- imaging department.
- Act ethically and
- professionally within a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of
- quality, accountability, and excellence.
- Support continuous
- improvement initiatives, applying best practices, emerging research, and
- new technologies to enhance imaging services.
- Participate in patient
