  • Prepare and maintain technical proposals, single-line diagrams, bills of materials, commissioning records, acceptance reports, and after-sales service reports.
  • Evaluate major solar PV, energy storage, and inverter brands, including differences in technical specifications, functionality, compatibility, performance, and applications.
  • Collect customer feedback and recurring fault information, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve issues and support product improvements.
