The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Delish's social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing online communities and using digital platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and branch visibility.
We are looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting, it should contribute to brand growth, customer engagement and business results.
ROLE AND
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Delish's social media strategy and content calendar.
- Manage Delish's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Create and coordinate engaging content, including reels, videos, stories, graphics and photography.
- Develop content showcasing Delish's hair, nail and beauty services, client transformations, branches and brand experiences.
- Work closely with branch teams to identify and create organic content opportunities.
- Manage comments, direct messages and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions and digital activations.
- Identify opportunities for influencer, creator and brand partnerships.
- Monitor social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
- Track social media performance, engagement, audience growth and campaign results.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommendations.
- Support paid social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Ensure all content is consistent with Delish's brand identity and communication standards.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing and branch teams to support overall business objectives.
