- Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse/store and active project sites.
- Maintain accurate records of materials issued, received, and returned at site level, reconciling against project trackers and store records.
- Track site inventory levels and raise timely requisitions to avoid delays in project execution.
- Coordinate with drivers, riders, and transport providers to schedule deliveries and pick-ups in line with project timelines.
- Inspect incoming materials and equipment at site for quantity and condition, flagging discrepancies or damage promptly.
- Maintain proper storage, security, and organization of materials and equipment at site to prevent loss or damage.
- Liaise with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of site stock.
- Support site supervisors with logistics planning for equipment mobilization and demobilization between sites.
- Maintain and update asset/tool registers, including tracking of company tools issued to field teams.
- Prepare and submit regular logistics reports, including stock movement, consumption, and reconciliation reports.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with EHS and company safety standards, including safe loading, offloading, and transport practices.
- Support route planning and coordination for multi-site projects to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
