- Coordinate all interior fit-out and finishing works from start to completion.
- Supervise subcontractors, artisans and labour teams.
- Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications and approved finishes schedules.
- Prepare and monitor detailed finishing programmes.
- Coordinate activities between civil, MEP and finishing contractors.
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and building regulations.
- Manage snagging, de-snagging and final handover activities.

- Coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives.
- Ensure defects are rectified before project handover.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or a related field.
- OR
- Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Building Construction, Building Technology or Construction Management with extensive practical experience.
- Professional Qualifications (Added Advantage)
- Membership with relevant professional bodies.
- Valid Construction Site Supervisor certification.
- Occupational Safety and Health certification.
- First Aid certification.
