Responsibilities
- Install and commission filling and labeling machines at customer sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on FFS machines, water filling machines, linear liquid filling machines, labeling machines, coding machines, and multihead weighers.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.
- Liaise with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, machine performance, and spare parts inventory.
