The Senior Business Analyst will drive data‑informed decision‑making, process optimization, and system enhancements within Debt Collection operations. The role combines business analysis, product ownership, and operational improvement, ensuring scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve workflows and support automation.

Key

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate operational needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Facilitate discussions to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
• Redesign processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify automation opportunities and digitize manual workflows.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and best practice guidelines.
• Product & Technology Collaboration
• Define and refine product

Requirements

• with managers.
• Support backlog prioritization and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate UAT, gather feedback, and support rollouts.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
• Data, Reporting & Analytics
• Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Design dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and ensure data quality.
• Solution Development & Tools
• Build low‑code/no‑code solutions (PowerApps, SharePoint).
• Standardize data collection and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with developers on complex solutions.
• Training & Adoption
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions to improve data literacy.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows.
• Recommend innovative solutions to enhance operations.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and performance.
• What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree
• in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years’

Experience

• in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Operations Improvement.
• with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Nice to Have
• in fintech, lending, debt collection, or financial services.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and low‑code platforms.
• with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
