Responsibilities
- Deliver expert legal advice and opinions on property, real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions while maintaining regular progress updates for corporate clients.
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing and commercial matters, including due diligence, scrutinizing institutional lender instructions, and ensuring prompt execution and registration of legal instruments.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, security documentation, and transfer instruments for residential and commercial property developments.
- Oversee legal filings and engagements with statutory bodies, including the Land Registries, Companies Registry, Survey of Kenya, National Land Commission, and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, land valuers, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
- Lead and mentor team members, monitor departmental performance, ensure timely service delivery, and drive operational efficiency, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Drive business development initiatives, foster client retention, publish legal updates and industry insights, and collaborate across departments to improve client experience.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding a current Practising Certificate.
