  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
  • Supervise and coordinate security guards at assigned sites.
  • Ensure all security posts are properly manned at all times.
  • Prepare and manage duty rosters and shift schedules.
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections and spot checks.
  • Monitor guards' attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance.
  • Conduct daily security briefings and communicate operational instructions.
  • Ensure guards follow site security procedures and client requirements.
  • Monitor access to offices, residential estates, commercial premises and institutions.
  • Monitor visitors, vehicles and deliveries where required.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Investigate and report security breaches and unusual occurrences.
  • Prepare accurate daily occurrence and incident reports.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, site management and Bestcare Operations.
  • Identify security risks and recommend corrective action.
  • Ensure guards maintain professional grooming and conduct.
  • Train, coach and motivate security officers.
  • Address absenteeism, misconduct and poor performance.
