- Bestcare Facilities Management Ltd is looking for a disciplined, experienced and hands-on Security Team Leader to supervise security personnel and ensure effective protection of client premises, employees, visitors and assets.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Supervise and coordinate security guards on assigned sites.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline of security officers.
- Brief security teams before shifts and provide clear operational instructions.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and security breaches.
- Prepare accurate daily occurrence, incident and shift reports.
- Liaise with clients, site management and Bestcare Operations.
- Identify security risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure guards properly operate access-control, visitor and key-control procedures.
- Train and coach guards on professional conduct and security procedures.
- Take immediate action on absenteeism, misconduct and poor performance.
- Ensure all assigned posts remain properly manned throughout shifts.

- Previous
Experience
- as a Security Team Leader, Security Supervisor, Sergeant or similar role.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of security guards.
- Strong leadership, discipline and communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Good incident-reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to conduct site inspections and patrols.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant security training or certification will be an added advantage.
