Requirements
Patrol assigned areas of the mall, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and common spaces to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities. Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to identify suspicious behavior or security breaches. Control access to restricted areas and verify authorization where required. Conduct security checks on visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with mall procedures. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, medical incidents, and security concerns. Assist in evacuations during emergencies and ensure emergency procedures are followed. Provide visible security presence to enhance customer confidence and deter criminal activity. Assist shoppers, tenants, and visitors by providing directions and responding to general inquiries. Handle conflicts, disturbances, or disorderly conduct professionally and in accordance with company policies. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, thefts, and property damage accurately and promptly. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain daily occurrence records. Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and report maintenance or security concerns. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and mall management whenever necessary. Ensure compliance with company security policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures. Safeguard company assets and assist in loss prevention initiatives. Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Mall Management Qualifications &
