SUMMARY OF THE ASSIGNED DUTIES,

Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Bureau (RB)or Liaison office, the incumbent will be the driver to the Head of RB or Liaison office, responsible for ensuring the security, condition and maintenance of the official vehicle.
The incumbent will be at the disposition of the Head of RB or Liaison office in order to transport him/her, with a maximum of security, to all official engagements and in a professional capacity. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring that the official vehicle is maintained in excellent working condition at all times.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES
Act as the driver to the Head of the RB or Liaison office, strictly respecting defined itineraries, unless modifications need to be made for security reasons.
Under the direction of the Head of RB or Liaison office, drive the Head of RB or Liaison office to scheduled professional meetings and appointments.
All transport services are provided exclusively in support of the Head of RB's professional capacity and official duties. Any personal, private or family transportation are not in the scope.
Be responsible for planning routes and travel schedules, verifying the traffic situation and driving conditions and ensuring that an appropriate timeframe is allocated for travel to destination.
Be responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and regular servicing of the official vehicle.
