- 1. Sales Execution & Business Development
- Promote, pitch, and sell Kariko Brook Coffee products to targeted business clients (cafes, restaurants, offices, retail outlets, and distributors).
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, execute outbound prospecting, and convert leads into active accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed the monthly revenue target of KES 500,000.
- 2. Relationship Management & Account Servicing
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing buyers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, product inquiries, and reorders.
- Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and coffee tastings to build brand affinity.
- 3. Order Processing & Financial Accountability
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client orders in coordination with supply/logistics.
- Diligently follow up on invoices and secure timely payment collections from customers.
- Maintain clear accounts receivable records to ensure zero payment defaults.
- 4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, call logs, and pipeline tracking.
- Prepare and present concise weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- 5. Brand Representation
