Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily sales operations across all regions.
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure sales activities are planned and executed to company standards.
  • Track sales opportunities from lead generation through approval, installation, and payment.
  • Coordinate the preparation and management of sales worksheets, trackers, and operational records.
  • Ensure sales documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Lead & CRM Management
  • Receive and manage inbound sales enquiries from telephone, website, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial customer engagement to qualify marketing-generated leads before assigning them to Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure all leads are accurately captured, updated, and managed within the CRM system.
  • Monitor lead response times, follow-up activities, and lead conversion performance.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality and promote compliance with CRM processes across the sales team.
  • Partnership & Customer Coordination
  • Coordinate with financing and strategic partners to facilitate timely customer approvals.
  • Monitor approval status and ensure prompt communication of approvals, rejections, and outstanding

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
