- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively promote supplements, beauty, health, and wellness products, including high margin items, seasonal promotions and bundled products.
- Increase average basket value by identifying customer needs and delivering compelling, value-driven recommendations.
- Deliver outstanding, memorable customer service by greeting, engaging, educating, and building genuine connections with customers.
- Build long-term loyalty through customer data capture (with consent), follow-ups, and enrolment into the loyalty programme.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock take, accurate reporting, and timely reordering.
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, visually appealing, and professionally merchandised at all times.
- Stay at the forefront of nutrition science, supplement trends, wellness innovations, and emerging health products.
- Actively research and recommend new products to expand and strengthen the current range.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective store and category targets.

Education
