  • Develop and implement the School's annual marketing, branding and student recruitment strategy in line with its enrolment and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase student enrolment across the School's CBE, 8-4-4 and British Curriculum (IGCSE) programmes.
  • Plan and coordinate student recruitment campaigns, including school visits, open days,

fairs, exhibitions and other outreach activities.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective parents, feeder schools,

partners and other relevant stakeholders.

Manage prospective student and parent enquiries, provide accurate information on the School's programmes and support follow-up through the enrolment process.

Develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate enquiries, leads and applications and track their effectiveness.

Manage and grow the School's digital presence across its website, social media platforms and other relevant digital channels.

Develop engaging marketing content and coordinate the production of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content and other brand collateral.

Ensure consistency of the School's brand, messaging and visual identity across all communication and marketing channels.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, parent preferences, enrolment opportunities and changes within the

sector.

Maintain a database of prospective students and recruitment leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

Monitor and analyse marketing and recruitment performance, including enquiries, applications, enrolments, campaign reach and conversion rates.

Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, student recruitment performance and market insights for management.

Work closely with School leadership and relevant departments to promote programmes, events, achievements and other initiatives.

Support the planning and promotion of School events and other activities that enhance the institution's visibility and reputation.

Perform any other related duties that may reasonably be assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field from a recognised institution.
