ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Lead is a player-coach role: you will personally own and close a book of business including the most strategic and corporate accounts while building, coaching and holding accountable a small, growing sales team. You will take direct ownership of the pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and renewal management that the business needs to return to consistent month-on-month revenue growth, and you will help stand up the sales motion for new revenue lines as they launch.
You will report directly to the Head of Product and work in close daily coordination with Product, Marketing and Customer Experience.

Key
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding the new sales hires as well as coach, mentor, and develop the teams below you
- Participate in the development of a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business need and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through the delivery of proposals and presentations
- Work with the other team leads to understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Work with HR on sales training calendars and ensure constant training and coaching of the team, including ongoing performance management
- Other related activities and assignments as assigned
- Attending industry events and conferences
- Preparing sales reports and presentations
- Ensure 100% CRM and Leapsome compliance
- Co-creation of month-end reporting with the Head of Product/Pigiame
- Ad-hoc reports to the Head of Product/Pigiame and attend any required meetings
- Together with finance - keeping a pulse on the ROI of the sales team
