Responsibilities

Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally. Process customer orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system. Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, and obtain necessary approvals. Coordinate with stores, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM information. Follow up on customer orders, pending payments, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases where necessary. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Support the sales team with documentation, tender submissions, and marketing materials. Monitor stock availability and communicate stock levels to relevant departments. Reconcile customer account statements with the finance team. Maintain organized digital and physical sales records. Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and recommend service improvements.
