As a Sales and Collections Internship, you will be integral in supporting 4G Capital’s mission by acquiring new customers and ensuring the timely repayment of loans. Your work will be at the heart of our customer relationships, providing them with not just financial resources but the tools and knowledge to grow their businesses. You will be responsible for generating loan sales, managing collections, and ensuring the long-term health of the loan portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- ● Loan Origination & Sales:
- Proactively generate new leads, conduct due diligence on potential clients, and offer tailored business training in financial management and business planning.
- ● Collections & Portfolio Maintenance:
- Ensure timely loan repayments by managing collections and maintaining consistent communication with clients, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- ● Default Management:
- Handle cases of default with professionalism, escalating accounts as necessary, and negotiating repayment plans with a customer-centric approach.
- ● Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the loan process.
