Main Tasks and
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track data for identifying risks, system issues, fraud, losses, or anomalies.
- Report and escalate possible risks such as fraudulent activities, system abnormalities, data discrepancies, or potential losses.
- Collect, organize, and interpret data from primary and secondary sources for accurate analysis and reporting.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into the causes of losses and identify root problems for resolution.
- Consolidate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using various applications such as Excel and other data processing tools.
- Validate and categorize newly released products, ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated promptly.
- Verify and validate incoming queries to ensure data accuracy.
- Compute and analyse metrics related to deviations, conversions, amounts, and other key indicators.
