Pricing & Revenue Management Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends, and competitor benchmarking. Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units. Adjust minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions (e.g. Genius, last-minute, early- bird discounts, custom promotions). Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets across all booking platforms. Listing Optimisation (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.) Improve listing ranking by optimising: Titles, descriptions, and photos Amenities and policies Review responses Ensure availability calendars are perfectly synced across all platforms. Performance Monitoring & Market Analysis Track and report on key metrics including impressions, CTR, conversion rate, booking trends, RevPAR, and occupancy percentages. Identify underperforming listings and provide actionable solutions. Monitor competitor rates in real time. Analyse local occupancy trends, events, holidays, and seasonal patterns. Conduct monthly benchmarking reports. Cross-Team Collaboration Work with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns.
