Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
to join our Clinical Services Department.
This role is responsible for delivering continuous, high-quality medical care to patients across the hospital. The RMO provides timely clinical assessments, initiates appropriate treatment, responds to emergencies, and ensures accurate documentation and follow-up. Working closely with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, the RMO plays a vital role in maintaining patient safety, clinical efficiency, and adherence to hospital standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)
- Minimum of three (3) years’
Experience
- in a facility of similar size
- Registration and valid practising license with the
- Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC)

- Provide emergency care and initial stabilisation for critically ill patients
- Participate in ward rounds, case reviews, and consultations
- Ensure clear and accurate medical documentation and handovers
- Adhere to infection control, hospital protocols, and ethical guidelines
- Participate in Continuous Medical
Education
(CME) and quality improvement activities
