Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying new clients, generating sales opportunities and promoting the organization's business support and outsourcing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients while contributing to increased market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories or market segments.
- Conduct company visits and introduce the organization's services to key decision-makers.
- Generate sales leads and establish new business relationships.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Follow up on prospects and convert opportunities into business engagements.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support client onboarding and service implementation processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
