- The Recovery Officer Intern will be responsible for recovering long-outstanding and defaulted accounts through structured customer follow-up, field visits, negotiations, and appropriate escalation of recovery cases in line with Company procedures.

- Contact customers through calls, messages, and field visits to secure repayment.
- Develop and implement appropriate recovery strategies based on each customer's circumstances and repayment capacity.
- Negotiate realistic repayment commitments and monitor Promises to Pay (PTPs) until fulfilled.
- Conduct field visits to customers and relevant contacts where necessary to support recovery.
- Identify cases requiring recovery and action promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, customer commitments, payments, and visit outcomes.
- Work closely with Collections Officers and other relevant teams to support effective account recovery.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets and provide regular updates on the assigned recovery portfolio.
