- Manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for clients, advocates, court officials, service providers and other visitors.
- Receive, screen and appropriately direct telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Schedule client appointments, meetings and advocate diaries.
- Receive, record and appropriately route legal correspondence, pleadings and other documents.
- Assist with preparation, formatting, printing, scanning, filing and dispatch of legal documents.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic client files and records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services and document deliveries.
- Liaise professionally with clients, courts, registries, banks and other external parties as required.
