The company is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Executives to market and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Identify potential buyers, investors, and property clients.
- Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Negotiate with prospective buyers and successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Research property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
